Trust me, once you've tested it, you'll wonder what these eggs and dairy products were for in the traditional recipe. There is nothing more greedy than a small piece of brownie for tea or dessert. We offer you an easy and fast vegan brownie recipe that will allow you to feast on any occasion. The eggs are replaced by applesauce that brings a particularly fondant and soft texture to this vegan cake. To be savored with vegan custard for sure success!

PREPARATION GUIDE: BROWNIE VEGAN


INGREDIENTS


200 g dark chocolate

40 g of almond puree

80 g of brown sugar

3 tbsp. tablespoon of applesauce

100 g ground almonds

2 tbsp. cornflour

1 tbsp. coffee baking powder

1 tbsp. cider vinegar

50 g of nuts

50 g of cashew nuts


PREPARATION


Break the chocolate into pieces and place it in a saucepan. Melt in a bain-marie until smooth. Add the almond puree while continuing cooking in a bain-marie. When the whole is homogeneous, remove it from the water bath.

Add the ground almonds, brown sugar, and applesauce. Mix well. Transfer the preparation to a salad bowl.

Add sifted cornstarch, baking powder, and apple cider vinegar. Mix well. Add the nuts and crushed cashews. Mix.

Pour the dough into a lightly oiled square baking pan. Bake the  brownie for about 25 minutes (oven preheated to 356 f °)


TIPS


The applesauce can be replaced by 2 mashed bananas. Choose ripe bananas and mix in order to obtain a smooth and homogenous mash. tasty brownies
