PREPARATION GUIDE: BROWNIE VEGAN
INGREDIENTS
200 g dark chocolate
40 g of almond puree
80 g of brown sugar
3 tbsp. tablespoon of applesauce
100 g ground almonds
2 tbsp. cornflour
1 tbsp. coffee baking powder
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
50 g of nuts
50 g of cashew nuts
PREPARATION
Break the chocolate into pieces and place it in a saucepan. Melt in a bain-marie until smooth. Add the almond puree while continuing cooking in a bain-marie. When the whole is homogeneous, remove it from the water bath.
Add the ground almonds, brown sugar, and applesauce. Mix well. Transfer the preparation to a salad bowl.
Add sifted cornstarch, baking powder, and apple cider vinegar. Mix well. Add the nuts and crushed cashews. Mix.
Pour the dough into a lightly oiled square baking pan. Bake the brownie for about 25 minutes (oven preheated to 356 f °)
TIPS
The applesauce can be replaced by 2 mashed bananas. Choose ripe bananas and mix in order to obtain a smooth and homogenous mash. tasty brownies ⌣
