For the dough:
700g sifted flour

300g ground almonds
150g whole almonds
200g of nuts
300g of hazelnuts
350 of sugar
400g of melted butter
1 packet of powdered starch
1 liter of sugar syrup

Preparation
Grill the dried fruits (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts) in the oven for about 15 minutes. Then remove the dried fruits and peel them. Reserve 150g of whole almonds, they will be used to decorate the baklava.
Mix everything in the blender, taking care to keep a slightly grainy texture. Add to this mixture the sugar as well as orange blossom water (at your convenience depending if you like this flavor)
Then let's go to the making of the dough. For this, pour the flour, semolina into a container and add 60g of butter and a pinch of salt. Knead the dough by adding water from time to time until a firm dough is obtained.
Divide the dough into 14 equal balls. Flatten each of them with a rolling pin until you have an extremely fine dough. Sprinkle lightly from time to time.

Butter your tray arrange the first sheet and moisten with melted butter using a kitchen brush. Then arrange one by one, 6 more leaves by moistening each one with melted butter. (There must be 7 leaves left).

You have previously reserved 150g of grilled almonds. Cut each almond in half and place them on top of each piece.
