easy ceviche recipe
Hello foodies!
Today, we take you with us to the other side of the world since it is in Peru that we discovered this easy and quick ceviche recipe.
This great classic of Peruvian cuisine is a dish of raw fish marinated in flavored lemon juice.
This dish will be perfect to be tasted right now: its freshness and exoticism will go perfectly with the sun and the desire for a holiday that hovers!
Our cooker tip? Freeze your fish before cutting it. This way, the fish cubes will keep a nice shape when cut and thawed.
Preparation: 20 minutes
Rest: 30 minutes
Total time: 50 minutes
400g cod
1 clove of garlic
3 organic limes
10g ginger
1/2 red onion
A few sprigs of cilantro
Salt, pepper, and chili
Cut the fish into 2cm dice and set aside to cool.
In a salad bowl, zest a lime and squeeze the juice from the 3 lemons. Quick and easy ceviche recipe
Add grated ginger, and pressed garlic and season with salt, pepper, and chili. Our cooker tip? You can use a tablespoon of soy sauce to replace the salt and add even more flavor.
Pour the marinade over the fish and mix well. Film on contact and leave to marinate for 30 minutes in the fridge. The lemon marinade will "cook" the fish.
For the dressing, add chopped coriander and minced red onion (or vegetable pickles).
