this recipe could be offered with a cocktail at the time of the aperitif, it will happily replace your peanuts and chips ...

Ingredients for 6 pers

250g of flour

1/2 Package of chemical yeast

50 g of oil

1/3 teaspoon of fine salt

1/4 Coffee spoon of ground pepper

125 ml of water (to be adapted according to need)

Frying oil


  • Pour the flour into a cul-de-chicken and add a little salt.
  • As well as a half packet of chemical yeast and mix.
  • Sprinkle with pepper.
  • Pour the oil.
  • Then add the water little by little and kneading until you get a ball of dough.
  • Then knead the dough for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with flour the worktop and spread half of the dough ball to do about 1 millimeter thick.
  • Cut tapes and squares. Here I did it with a serrated wheel but you can also do it with a pizza knife or at the simple kitchen knife
  • Heat hot oil and pour pieces of pasta to fry them.
  • Return the pieces when they are fried on one side to fry them from the other. They have to have a beautiful golden color. Here I did it in the pan 5 stove but if you have a fryer it will go much faster !!!
