The combination of cheese, condensed milk or vanilla gives a perfect and very nutritious result.Contrary to what many people think, you do not always need an oven to make homemade recipes and everything.We teach you how to make an oven-free cheese cake, a cake you enjoy with, you'll see!


For 12 people:

250 gr of crushed biscuits

130 gr of butter without salt

2 tablespoons sugar

2 packages of cream cheese (room temperature)

1 cup and 1/4 of condensed milk

1/4 cup of lemon juice

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Steps to make this recipe:

  • Let's start our oven-free cheesecake recipe by preparing the base of the cake; for that we only have to crush the biscuits until they are like powder. When we have the powder, we have to melt the butter in the microwave.

  • Then mix the melted butter with the powdered biscuits and the two tablespoons of sugar. We mix the whole well until the dough is homogeneous and we calibrate it in the cake mold, pressing for the base to be strong and consistent. We put it 10 minutes in the freezer, then in the refrigerator.

  • Then, beat the cheese until you get a soft and creamy texture. When we have it, we have to add the condensed milk, the lemon juice and the vanilla extract. We beat again until everything is perfectly mixed.

  • The last step in the recipe for the oven-free cheesecake is to remove the mold from the fridge and add the filling we just made to the mold. We smooth the whole thing with a spatula and put the cheesecake in the freezer for 2 hours.

  • To finish our oven-free cheese cake, we need to remove the cake from the freezer and, if you wish you can decorate it with raspberries, chocolate or blueberry jam. We put it for half an hour in the fridge to cool and it's ready.
