INGREDIENTS


200 g dark chocolate

3 eggs

200 g caster sugar

100g of flour

150 g butter




PREPARATION


Preheat the oven th.6 (356 ° ). In a bowl, beat the whole eggs with the sugar until the mixture turns white. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. To do this, break it into pieces and put them in a heat-resistant dish. Immerse this dish up to half in a pan of boiling water, and let the chocolate melt, stirring with a wooden spoon. Add the butter to obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture. Let cool for a few minutes.

Add the melted chocolate to the egg-sugar mixture. Then add the flour and mix everything well. Butter and flour in a pan and pour the preparation over it. Bake for about 25 minutes, regularly checking the doneness using a knife blade. Serve your cake warm, with custard or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.




TIPS


You have the basic brownie recipe, so now you can have fun! Nuts, pecans, macadamia nuts, cashews, almonds, hazelnuts, dried fruit ... Treat yourself!
