For the shortcrust:


250g of flour


125g softened butter


1 pinch of salt


1 egg yolk


water about 60 g ( it depends on your mix )




PREPARATION



Arrange your flour in a salad bowl with the salt, mix well, then add your butter cut in pieces, and sand well with the fingertips, it is necessary that the butter is well mixed with the flour.


Then add the egg yolk, then mix and add the water little by little until you get a ball of dough (do not overwork it otherwise it will be brittle), let your dough rest 30 minutes.



For the quiche 

INGREDIENTS:


diced turkey ham (I do not have the exact quantities but you need enough to cover your dough)


500 g of cream


3 eggs


salt pepper


a good handful of grated Gruyère cheese




PREPARATION:


Preheat your oven to 356 ° F
Start by spreading your pastry shortcrust, then put it on your mold previously lined with parchment paper, pack it well on your mold, and make holes with the fork.
Then put your turkey ham on all the dough
In a salad bowl put your cream, eggs, salt, black pepper and mix well.


Then cover your diced ham with this preparation, and finish by sprinkling grated gruyere and bake for 30 minutes, check from time to time, as soon as it is cooked out of the oven and let warm and TASTE...
